It took a little bit to wrap my head around owning an PHEV , but after about a month of ownership my fuel bill has basically become non existent and we have had no change to our power usage. Very very happy with this vehicle. It’s extremely comfortable to drive, responsive on the road. I can’t fault it.

For my business I require a large SUV for the boot space. After doing a lot of research, we have found the Outlanders to be the best large SUV compared to the others in regards to fuel consumption, price and long term issues. This is such a fantastic vehicle to drive, I feel safe on the road, which important to me and my mobile business.

The Mitsubishi Outlander EV we purchased has been easily the best car we have bought. Its fuel economy and size make it great Not only for short trips (where the EV motor can really shine) or longer trips where the battery and petrol motor aid in great economy for mileage. It’s good to have a reliable long range EV so we can still enjoy NZ roads but lower our footprints

The fuel efficiency has been better than my old 2003 Ford Focus 1.3L so far. The only downside is when it’s in eco mode, you have to floor it to go more than 60kmph. On the upside, there is so much space throughout the whole vehicle, good amount of leg room in the back seat when the front seats are all the way back. 10/10

It’s a good car with some good options. Lane departure and collusion monitoring paddle shift and a camera to check the curbs as well. It’s efficient when using the cruise control option when driving, if you choose manual then it empties the tank pretty quick.

Great family sized car - perfect as I was looking to move up to a large SUV from a mid-size and this ticked those boxes. Added bonus is the PHEV model is extremely fuel efficient using the battery power majority of the time.
