Lalit listened to my criteria’s and came up with a few suggestions. My brother and I share the driving, Lalit took time to explain the vehicle operation to both of us and even suggested both of us test drive. The paperwork and administrative side of things were clearly explained in plain English and Samantha made this process sooooo smooth. Without me asking, Samantha even went to the length of providing a loan car as she listened and understood my situation as my car was written off. Overall I am a very satisfied and happy customer. I felt both Lalit and Samantha heard my concerns and needs and that they care about me as the customer.
