I received excellent customer service from David. During my first visit, he acknowledged me while I was browsing the yard and spoilt for choice of cars available. On my second visit, just a couple of days later, I was greeted by another sales person. However, when I mentioned that I had previously interacted with David, he kindly came over to assist me. No pressure delearship and was able to purchase the BMW hassle free.

my overall experience was excellent. from the time I drive in the staff were there to answer any questions. super helpful and went the extra mine. after the test drive I was introduced to Samantha who arranged finance in super quick time. I will be back to purchase another vehicle soon. both Darren and Samantha get 6 stars in my book.

Based on my first experience I came back to buy a 2nd vehicle. Dealing with Nicolai was a truely amazing experience. Which was not, what I had experienced with other caryards. The report validated everything they had stated. They gave me the confidence to purchase a European Car.
